About the Program.

Partners In Business (PIB) is a four-day comprehensive training program designed to educate flooring contractors on all aspects of commercial carpet from manufacturing to contract sales. Participants will gain detailed knowledge of the various characteristics of carpet construction with a hands-on look at processes - ranging from extrusion to dyeing and tufting to finishing.

The program offers an in-depth overview of installing and maintaining carpet. We also cover the standard environmental certifications that apply to the industry with an additional focus on environmental attributes of products and processes. PIB participants will learn how to turn reactive selling, which generally leads to short-term business, to proactive selling in which you build and foster relationships and become a resource for your customers.
